Nothing says ‘conspiracy’ like a bike helmet…

Apparently, Toronto police know more about the uses of bike helmets than I do. What I love best is that the pictures show pistols, but there is no mention of them in the article. It seems to me that firearms would indicate an intent to do harm more than a bike helmet, but don’t ask me, I’m not a Mountie.
